During winter time you can reach the Parsenn chair lift by ski within a few mintues.

• This modern 55sqm vacation rental is located in Kleinwalsertal and offers spacious accommodations with panoramic views for up to 4 guests. Our well kept home is perched on a quiet and sunny hillside, just outside of the center of Riezlern.
• From May to October all cable cars in the valley can be used without charge - you get the tickets from us for 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults and 1 kid under 14 years. 
• It’s location offers the ideal base for excursions into the Walser mountains.
• The ski area Parsenn is within walking distance (in ski boots!) and we are only 3 minutes from the bus stop.
• Your “guest card” gives you unlimited access to our bus system and we encourage you to use the free parking in front of the house and explore the valley on foot!
• The apartment is flooded with natural light and offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
• There is a separate bedroom with queen size bed and access to your private balcony with panoramic views. The smaller kids room has a bunk bed (size: 1,2m mattress on the bottom and 80cm on the top).
• The new kitchen includes a dishwasher, four burner glass top stove, coffee maker, toaster, hot water heater as well as all the pots and pans you will need to whip up the fresh local ingredients. The spacious eating area has access to the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the town of Riezlern.
• Complimentary satellite TV, radio/CD player and wifi as well as board games for big and small are included in your stay.
• The bright bathroom features a shower, sink and toilet. For your comfort, soft hand and shower towels are of course included in your stay.

In the middle of nature, in a hight of at least 1000 m with pleasant summers and winters that guarantee to have great snow.

70% refund if canceled at least 31 days prior to arrival date

20% refund if canceled 3O days or less prior to arrival date (if we are able to book another guest, 70% refund)

This is a weekly rental, No single night occupancy available. We prefer Saturday-Saturday but other dates may be arranged upon request.
